Our Experience

Michelle Nichols is a Gold Leaf Member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), has served as Director of Education on the National Board, Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), Program Lead for the POC National Conference Committee, and continues to serve as an executive member of the Durham Chapter of POC.

Michelle is a Certified Staging Professional, has achieved certification in working with the chronically disorganized, and has consulted internationally on management issues.

Before launching her own home staging and organizing business, Michelle worked as a nurse, educator in college and university settings, and senior level academic administrator.

Our Solutions

We work with individuals and businesses to:

  • develop plans based on their priorities, timelines, and budgets
  • improve productivity
  • eliminate chaos and frustration
  • create systems and routines to solve problems and maintain order

Our work includes organizing, home staging, move management, contents and estate sales, and unpacking in 3 days or less.

Our plans are suited to DIY and DFY clients:

  • DIY—Do It Yourself. We provide the step-by-step, detailed plans for you to do the work yourself, whether you are staging your home for sale, preparing for a move, or re-organizing your living space.
  • DFY—Done For You. After you approve the plan, we do everything for you.

How It Works

We begin with an in-home consultation and needs assessment where we will: analyze your current situation; learn about your needs, goals, and timelines; and develop a plan detailing the steps to meet these goals, including timelines and a full pricing quotation.

Organizing services are generally scheduled in minimum 3-hour sessions.

Payment methods: cash, cheque, or email transfer.

We are an insured, professional service.
